Evaluations and Assessments by Phone or Video

National Alcohol Class offers DUI, Drug and Alcohol assessments and evaluations provided by a licensed counselor. You may have been required to complete an evaluation as part of a court requirement, DMV, employer or other entity. Our assessments and evaluations can be ordered directly on our website and completed simply and easily by phone or video conferencing. Once you place your order, you will be contacted by one of our counselors within 24 hours (or less).

All assessments and evaluations are provided by licensed staff. The interview generally takes about 45 minutes to one hour to complete. After the interview our counselor will produce a written document that you can use to submit to the authority requiring it. We use a variety of standardized and empirically validated assessment tools, such as the SASSI, MAST, and others.

Order Online and Complete from Home or Work

Our assessments can be ordered easily one our website. Simply use one of the registration buttons on this page and select the format you wish to take (standard or expedited). Once the assessment is completed we will email you a copy as well as mail you a hard copy. The hard copy is mailed USPS First class mail for free. You do have the option to upgrade the shipping to overnight, 2 or 3 day service.

Choose the standard option if you have more time on your side to have this completed. Generally from the time you order the assessment until you have a completed write up in your email inbox is about 7 business days (sometimes faster)

Expedited Assessment / Evaluation Service

We recommend choosing this option if you need to have your evaluation completed quickly, such as within 24 hours. We offer this service Monday through Friday. If you place an order for an expedited assessment on a Saturday or Sunday, you will be contacted on the next business day. You will be called to set up your interview within 24 hours or less and the write up will be provided within 1 business day of the interview by email. We will overnight a hard copy either on the same business day or next business day, depending on when it was completed.

Refund Policy for Assessments

We highly recommend you get prior approval to complete your assessment by an out of state provider (if you are not in CA). Once the assessment interview has been completed, we do not provide refunds under any circumstance. We will provide a full refund if you order this service but change your mind prior to any services being provided. This means, once the interview and/or write up has been done, we can not refund this service.
