Offering My Staff Drug Education Classes

I own a nightclub and wanted to make sure that my entire staff were well educated when it came to drug and alcohol awareness. I wanted them to know what to look for, so that they could help me to avoid problems in my business environment. I decided to enroll them all in Drug Education Classes in order to help with the education process. At first I considered offering a one time class at the bar with an instructor, but that didn't work well with the various schedules that my staff members held, and it also would have made it necessary to close the bar for an afternoon to conduct the classes. Then I found a great online option that seemed much more convenient. I paid to sign my staff up and they were then able to take the classes any time of day, at their own pace, so that the course worked with any schedule. The program was quite reputable, and all of my staff members admitted that they learned a lot. I will continue to use this program for any new staff members that I hire. I feel it benefits my business, and my employees too.
